Eric Roy: I have a full time corporate job...but by night...I am a parent, a husband, a student, an Army Reserve Staff Sergeant, and pastry chef. I have an associates degree in pastry arts and currently going to school to get a bachelors in Web Design and Interactive Media. My goals are to open my on-line dessert business, create web sites and be the best husband and father.
